Memorial Day 2012

We spent Memorial Day at my parents house swimming, eating some yummy food and just spending time together.  It was a lot of fun!

Molly's First Pair of Crocs

These pictures my dad took of Molly a couple of weeks ago.  My mom bought her a pair of tiny pink crocs and they are so cute on her.  Nana also bought her this adorable little outfit that has a tutu attached to it.

Birthday Party in College Station

We went to College Station last weekend for a joint birthday party for Cooper and Kyleigh.  We had lots of fun and it was nice to have almost everyone together.  (Jerrod we missed you!)  Layton had a blast playing with his cousins all weekend and it was nice to relax and catch up with everyone.  Thanks for having us Daniel and Lauren can't wait to see y'all soon!

 All the girls

Molly would laugh and laugh at Kyleigh's baby doll it was hilarious.

 Cupcake time!

Molly found her feet this weekend and is now rolling all over the place.
I love this picture of Kyleigh she is so cute!

Here is what our retaining wall looked like at the beginning of the week.  It is really coming along this week and the rock layers have made a lot of progress.

Surprising Amanda at the Airport

My sister came home from Africa last Wednesday and we couldn't be happier that she is back for a few weeks.  She came by herself this time because the flights are so expensive.  She is here to do some fundraising so her and Jerrod can stay in Kenya longer.  We sure do miss Jerrod and I know Amanda is already missing him too.  She will be here a total of 5 weeks so pray for both of them as they are apart.

I told Amanda that we wouldn't be at the airport with my parents to pick her up because it was right in the middle of nap time.  I put the kids down early that day and managed to get to the airport with both kids by myself just in time.  We waited about 5 minutes and then surprised her when she came walking out of the terminal.  It was great to see her and she couldn't believe how much Molly had grown and changed since she left.  Molly was just 2 weeks old when she headed back to Africa.
