Layton and Cooper's Birthday Weekend

We had fun celebrating Cooper and Layton's birthdays all weekend with Daniel and Lauren, Amanda and my parents.  We took the big kids to Schiltterbahn on Saturday and we all had a blast.  Layton has already asked me 50 times when can we go back?  I can't believe these sweet little boys are 5 and 6 already.  My sister was so nice to offer to watch Molly and Parker all day for us while we were gone and I think they had fun hanging out too.  Sunday after church we had lunch at our house and celebrated Father's Day and had birthday cake for the boys.  Such a fun weekend with family!

Here is a pic from their 1st and 2nd bday.  Where did the time go?

Layton's actual birthday was that following Monday and he got a few presents from us that morning.  We celebrated for days lol.

Parker was impressed with the new toys.

Parker is 11 Months

This last month has been a lot of fun!  Parker has started standing all by himself and can squat and stand up quickly on his own.  He also got tubes put in his ears this last month and he is so much happier.  He is sleeping 10-12 hours every night which is AMAZING.  He is babbling a lot these days and now does this big belly laugh that is hilarious.  He usually takes one long nap most days from 11-2 unless we are on the go then he will take short naps in the car.  He is eating all table food now and we have discovered he loves pizza.  He is pretty picky about eating fruits and veggies like his sister Molly but hopefully he will outgrow it like she has.  He loves music and will dance anytime he hears it.  He has learned to climb the steps on Layton's bunk beds and has had many hard falls and bruises this last month.  He is into everything and can completely destroy the house if I'm not watching him closely.  It is pretty impossible to get anything done these days :)  Not sure what his stats are this month because thankfully we haven't had to go to the doctor.

Sweet boy,
Mommy can't believe you are so close to walking and turning 1.  You are such a fun little guy and you keep me on my toes.  You try so hard to keep up with Layton and Molly and think you are big enough to do everything they can do.  We just love you to pieces and can't wait to celebrate your big birthday coming up soon!!!!

Love you to the moon and back,
Mommy

He can't believe he is 11 months already either lol.
Waiting at the surgery center to go back for his tubes.

Love these sweet summer days with my kids.  So thankful for each one of them.  Sometimes the days are long but I know once school starts in the fall we will all be missing Layton.  Thank you God for blessing us with these precious little ones.
