Rockport

We went to Rockport the first week of summer while Clifton was fishing on his annual fishing trip to Louisiana. Daniel and the kids joined us this year because it was the same time Lauren was on her mission trip. DD also joined us this year and we had a lot of fun!

The kids played and played and had a blast. We stayed at the beach that day from 11-3.

We all had late naps that day

Aunt BJ came over one night for dinner and taught the kids the bunny hop. It was hilarious I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.

We headed the next day to the splash pad

Molly had fun riding her bike around the RV park and the boys did too. I think I was too busy chasing the kids to take many pictures at the park :) We had a great trip!

Summer Kick Off Pool Party

Juli, Melissa and I hosted a summer kick off pool party at Juli's house the day after school let out. We had lots of kids, food, swimming sun and plenty of fun!! It was a great way to catch up with friends and kick off our fun summer!

Layton also had his last tball game on the last day of school. He had a fun season this year and really improved. Here are a few pics from his last game.

Layton's Kinder Graduation

On the last day of school Layton had his kindergarten graduation. It was a great celebration for the year and the kids sang several songs and Layton had a little speaking part in the program too. We are so proud of Layton and everything he accomplished in his first year of school. He made it into the GT Program this year, learned to read so quickly, made lots of friends and had an amazing teacher that we will miss so much. I think he did awesome for being one of the younger ones in his class. We love you Layton and are so proud of you!!!
