Christmas Day 2015

Nothing better than excited kids on Christmas morning.

I love this picture Molly is such a good big sister to Parker.

Layton was so excited he got a kid's kindle from Santa.

Santa even left me a little surprise in my stocking ;)
I made egg nog french toast for breakfast on Christmas morning and it was amazing!
We had a fun day and spent the whole day at home just playing with the kids.  It was just what we needed after the busy holiday season.

Christmas Day night Clifton cooked a beef tenderloin and my parents and Daniel and Lauren and the kids all came over to eat with us.  The kids all had fun playing together.

Christmas Eve 2015

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve as a family.  We attended the Christmas Eve service at Cowboy Fellowship and then came home and had dinner as a family before letting the kids open their presents from us.

Christmas with DD and the Padgett's

We had Christmas at DD's house with John Paul and Leslie and the boys the morning of Christmas Eve.  We enjoyed a yummy brunch and the kids had a blast playing together.  After some play time we exchanged presents.  Christmas time is so much fun with kids :)

Double Date Night with Clinton and Juli

We had a chance to go out on a date right before Christmas this year with Clinton and Juli.  We ate a delicious steak dinner at Bohanans and then walked around on the riverwalk.  It was the night before Christmas Eve so there weren't very many people out but we had a great time.  Can't wait to do this again.

Zoo Lights with the McDougals

This was the first year the San Antonio Zoo had zoo lights and we decided to go with Clinton and Juli and take all the kids.  It was a mild night so the weather was great and all the kids had a blast.  I know my kids still talk about this night and how much fun they had.  I'm hoping this can be a new Christmas tradition we do every year.
