Christmas with My Family

We celebrated Christmas with my family a little early this year December 14th.  We enjoyed hanging out with everyone and had fun watching all the kids play together but the weekend flew by and I was sad to see everyone go home.  I wish we could get together more often during the year.  Lots of great memories made! 

 So thankful my kids have two Great Grandmas they get to see regularly.

Baking Christmas Cookies

Molly and I made Christmas cookies one day while Layton was at school.  She is my little helper in the kitchen and wants to help me with everything now a days.  Parker hung out in the Bumbo and watched us.

Happy 5 Months Parker

Parker turned 5 months December 9th and I'm just now getting around to posting about it.  What can I say other than this has been a busy month.  Our little man is growing and changing everyday.  He has started waking up at night which is not fun for Mommy but I'm hoping we will get back to our normal sleeping schedule soon.  We went to the doctor last week for his first ear infection (boo) and he weighed 18 lbs. 10 oz. so he is chunking up now.  He is enjoying baby food now and has tried sweet potatoes, carrots, squash, apples and peaches.  He loves the fruit mixed in with the oatmeal.  He is still nursing 6-7 times a day and has become very aware of who is holding him.  He loves his Momma :)  He will roll and roll to get from one side of the room to another and Molly and Layton continue to smother him with love and attention.  His favorite thing is to jump in the jumparoo and will jump in it for 45 minutes at a time before he wears himself out.  This has been another great month Parker we love you so so much!!!!

How can it be?

I can't believe this sweet curly haired little girl will be turning 2 on Friday.  Where has the time gone?  She is so much fun these days I just love this stage she is in.  I Love my Mollybug!
