Swimming in the Backyard

It is really warming up these days so we have been spending some time in the backyard playing in the water lately.  Molly decided swimming is a lot of fun and is a good sport about Layton dumping water on her head.  Molly has become a poser too she loves to smile for the camera now.

Mother's Day 2013

Here are a few pictures of me with the kids before church on Mother's Day this year.  Clifton always has to go to church early for prayer meetings so I'm on my own getting both kids dressed and ready on Sunday mornings.  Layton managed to take a picture of Molly with me and our heads aren't cut off lol.  So blessed to have these two call me Mommy!

Sewing Projects

I have been sewing a lot lately and trying to knock out all the things on my list I want to make before life gets crazy with three little ones.

 My mom made this cute little outfit for Molly.

 I got to make a few baby girl things for one of my sweet friends.

 I can't take credit for this I ordered it on etsy but I love it!  I can't wait to see little Parker wearing it.

I hope to make a nursing cover, a car seat canopy, a few more burp cloths and a few outfits for Molly in the next few weeks.  I know once Parker is here I will have to put up my sewing stuff for awhile :)

Here are a bunch of random pictures from the last few weeks.  I've been bad about blogging regularly but I have been so tired by the end of the day I can barely keep my eyes open.  Hopefully the rest of this month I can keep up :)

 We got it all together and all the kids books out of their rooms so we can make room for Parker's stuff.
