End of School

 

I made these little gifts as my last room mom duty of the year for Layton's class for the last day of school.

I can't believe how much he grew and changed this last school year.  2nd grade here we come!!!

 Just a peek into our office looking into the game room when I try and sit down and sew the kids DESTROY the house :( That is Parker cutting paper into tiny little pieces. . . . why?

 We had a fun date night and ate at the Cheesecake  Factory one evening in San Antonio.

 This is Molly and Parker at Mother's Day Out enjoying their camping themed day.  We are really going to miss this program next year.  It has been a part of our lives for the last several years.

May Wrap Up

 Layton had an award ceremony at the end of the school year.

 We spent a fun day at the lake with Chad and Kellie and their girls and Matt and Sara.  We went to Canyon Lake and it was so much fun!

 

Parker was exhausted after swimming all day at the lake he slept on Clifton's shoulder until we got our food at the restaurant.

 Carter and Laura came for a visit that weekend too and the kids had a lot of fun playing with their cousins Charlotte and Stella.

 This is Parker's new trick and he keeps doing it.  I'm so tired of picking up toilet paper off the floor.

First Lake Outing of the Season

We headed to Medina Lake one weekend by ourselves with the kids in May.  I was a little nervous about helping Clifton with the boat and trailer since we were by ourselves but we managed just fine.  It is so much easier now that the kids are a little older.  We had a great day and the kids were worn out by the time we headed home.  We are loving our new boat.

Happenings in May

 Layton had a solo in his school musical and he did so good.  He rapped and totally played the part.  He is such a performer!


We had a fun date night with friends celebrating Erin's b-day.

Mother Day 2016

 Layton and Molly had their Awana's awards ceremony at the Baptist church.  We are so proud of them.  They have both worked so hard this year and memorized a lot of scripture.

 The church had snow cones and all kinds of goodies for all the kids after the awards ceremony.

 I got a beautiful new car in May and I love it!!!

 The kids had swim lessons with Sterling before she moved to Houston for her internship.  We love Sterling!!!

 Molly performed her dance recital dances at Argent Court where Grandma Hill lives.

 Jerrod, Amanda and Winston came to visit.  Molly loves to hold her baby cousin :)

 We were about to head to Jessica's shower here in San Antonio.

 Beautiful shower for a beautiful Mommy to be.

 After the shower Clifton picked us up in San Antonio and we headed to Morgan's Wonderland for Cameron's birthday party.  The kids had a blast!
