A Family Weekend

We had a nice relaxing weekend at home spending time as a family.  We are soaking up all of our time with Daddy since he leaves for Kenya in the morning for his mission trip.  He is going with our pastor and children's pastor to drill water wells in Kenya with Operation H2O a non-profit organization our church started.  He will also get to spend a lot of time with Amanda and Jerrod while he is there.  It is bitter sweet because I would love to go visit them but this is the next best thing having Clifton visit.  I can't leave my babies and especially now being pregnant but maybe some day I'll make the long trip :) Please pray for their safety and health and that God will use them in a BIG way and they will be able to drill some wells successfully while they are there.

Friday was laundry day so we could help Daddy pack this weekend.  I had these two little helpers.

 My growing belly 17 weeks and counting now.  I'm definitely growing faster the 3rd time around.

The Many Faces of Molly

This girl keeps me laughing constantly at her fun little personality.  She loves to make funny faces and if music is playing you can bet she is dancing.  If Layton starts singing she is dancing even in the car.  It is hilarious!

A Day at the Park

Wednesday after Bible Study Fellowship I met my leader and her two girls for lunch at a really nice park in San Antonio.  We had been there once before so Layton was excited to go back.  The weather was beautiful and I really enjoyed talking to my leader while the kids played.  I'm so blessed to have an awesome leader and I have really enjoyed BSF this year.  I have grown so much spiritually and learned so much it has been pretty amazing!  I can't say enough good things about the children's program either Layton really enjoys it and has been learning the same stories that we have been studying which is nice that we can talk about it.  Molly's teachers tell me she is quite the dancer and loves to dance when they sing to the kids.

  I think I'm finally caught up :)  I love my new computer and it is super fast which is nice.  8 new posts tonight.  Hopefully I can blog regularly now since I have a way to download my pictures again.

 Our new shelf by our back door.  I've added baskets to the top shelf for organizing mail and I love it.  No more clutter on the table and counter.

 Some new fat quarters I just got in the mail.  I can't wait to do some fun sewing projects with these :)
