Annual Shearrer Pumpkin Carving Fun

We carved pumpkins at Justin and Natalie's like we do every year a few days before Halloween.  I made enchilada casserole for the meal and took some owl cupcakes for the kids to eat.  I also made my first pumpkin trifle and it was delicious!  Layton requested a minion pumpkin this year so Clifton did a great job on it as usual.  Parker was being fussy that night so we didn't stay too late but we had fun spending time with friends and family.
