Sickness and Earth Day

Molly and Layton managed to get hand, foot and mouth virus again in May ugh.  Molly had a very mild case of it and was better after two days but poor Layton had it so bad.  He had fever and sores all in his mouth and couldn't eat for a few days.  Poor kid had to miss 3 days of school and was miserable at home.  We stayed inside and tried to make the best of it. 

We painted one day

 and Layton did a few Lego sets

 DD came over one afternoon after we had been stuck at home a few days and brought a kite.  The kids had so much fun flying it.

 

Layton had Earth Day at school so Parker and I went and had lunch with him and then we planted some flowers on the playground.  This was his first day back at school after being so sick.
