July 4th

The kids hung out at Nana and Papa's house on July 4th so we could go furniture shopping for a new couch for the game room.  It was nice to hang out by ourselves all day and get some new things for the house and the kids had a lot of fun.

A Fun Swim Day at Home

We spent lots of afternoons in the backyard this summer playing in the water.  The kids were happy and played so well when we would stay outside until nap time.  I would usually put my swimsuit on too and get in to cool off with them and then sit and read while they played.  We would have picnics outside for lunch and no messes for Mommy to clean up.

Our Bahama Trip

We had an absolute blast on our trip to the Bahamas with Daniel, Lauren, Juli and Clinton.  I have not laughed that much in so long.  So many great memories were made and it was awesome to have time with just Clifton without the kids.  The Sandals resort in Nassau was amazing and I would definitely go back.  We pretty much stayed at the resort the whole time except for the last day we ventured to the Straw Market and ate at Senor Frogs.  We had a great time doing all the water sports and taking day trips to the private island the resort owned.  Here are a bunch of pictures from our wonderful trip.
