A Weekend in Concan

My Aunt Pam offered her beautiful vacation home to us one weekend in September so we took advantage and packed up and headed for the hill country.  We had zero plans and it was so nice to relax, nap, swim and explore the river with the kids.  My parents went also and we had a lot of fun.  It was a very relaxing little getaway with the family.
