A Weekend in Aggieland

We headed to College Station a few weeks ago to visit Daniel and Lauren and the kids.  We decided to take the kids to campus before the game to watch the March-In.  Carter and Laura were able to come on Saturday and hang out for the day.  We had a lot of fun!  Can't wait to go back and visit again.

Field Trip to Devine Acres

Parker and Molly got to go on their first field trip with Ms. Robin's class.  We headed to Devine Acres and the kids had a lot of fun.  Pumpkin painting, hayride, farm animals, learning about pumpkins and lots of play time.

Bunco Party Halloween Fun

My Bunco group got together in October for a Halloween party and we all dressed up.  It was so much fun!  I found the idea of a Barbie head on Pinterest and Clifton helped me cut the cardboard to fit around me.  It was super simple to put together.  Love these girls so much!!!

Redneck Revelations

We got the opportunity to meet Willie Robertson from Duck Dynasty at our church.  He came and spoke in our arena in front of a very large crowd.  Clifton was able to get us VIP tickets so we were able to take the kids to the Meet and Greet before hand.  He was just your ordinary guy very down to earth.  The testimonies were great and we really had a fun night as a family.  So thankful we are part of a church that has so many events to get people to come and hear the gospel.

Nashville - Dotmom

 At the end of September I got to travel to Nashville with some of my closest friends for Dotmom a women's conference that Lifeway puts on every year.  We had so much fun and learned so much that I have already tried to apply in our home.  I'm so thankful for a supportive husband and family that stepped up to take care of the kids and get them to all of their activities while I was gone.  It was nice to get away for a few days.
